Agenda items include:

• 2011 Financial and Ministry Reports and Capital Initiative information
• Members will be voting on proposed Constitution and Bylaw revisions
• Vision Statement as well as 2012 Trustee Board and Nominating Committee members

Box lunches will be available for $4.00 on a pre-ordered basis.
