God is an all-good, all-loving, and all-powerful God. He cares about us way beyond what we’d ever imagine possible. That means we can pray to Him and see His goodness in our lives. Prayer is the means by which we commune with God. It is in prayer that we bring our praise, our worship, our thanksgiving, and our needs before God. Our prayer ministry is also an opportunity to touch the lives of others by lifting their needs before the Lord. We offer opportunities to get involved in healing prayer, prayer zones, corporate and intercessory prayer, and prayer chains as well as individual spiritual direction and guidance.Our Mission:
To bring prayer to the forefront of Friendship Church by motivating others to pray and offering opportunities and training for people to get involved in Holy Spirit inspired prayer
Prayer Opportunties
Prayer Chain
Prayer chains are exactly that, a chain of people praying for emergency and prayer-support requests. Click here to submit a prayer request online.
Intercessory Prayer
Faithfully pray for a specific ministry and bring the needs, requests, and concerns of the ministry before God. Every other month you will receive a letter describing the prayer needs and specific requests of the ministry.
Prayer Zones
Walk and pray for your neighborhood or specific zone. Commit to faithfully praying for your neighborhood or zone twice per month.
Corporate Prayer
Join us Thursday mornings from 6:00-7:00am as we pray for the Spirit to lead us. Everyone is invited.

Sunday Morning Prayer Ministers
Prayer ministers are available after each Sunday service at both church locations to pray for the specific needs of those in our congregation.
Healing Prayer
Healing prayer is intended for people in need of physical healing. We encourage people with the gift of physical healing to get involved in this rewarding area of service.
Prayer Breakfasts
Saturday morning prayer breakfast is an opportunity for training and prayer. Prayer breakfasts are held three to four times a year.
Spiritual Direction
Discover your spiritual gifts and learn how they fit into the Kingdom of God through individual, personal meetings. This is for new Christians and long-time Christians who need help moving on in their walk with the Lord.
